May - 78 degree water and a few bonus 12 m days - pacific side is rockin!!
April - bonus month adter everybody is gone
March - womens clinics are into a great stretch Mar 7-14 looks epic with some wave days even

Feb - lots of good kiting left in the season - Feb 11-15 looking solid

Jan 7th - every day is good - today was the light day and we still had great 9-12 m kiting!! HAnk Sanchez from Sol Kiteboarding is sore all over from kiting his brains out --come on handle pass!!

JAn - its on again - less waves but steady blow with 4 more days in a row on the forecast - everybody is sore

Jan 1st - happy new year with waves on the PV REEF and 20 knots
End of December
La Ventana does its thing -- blue skies, thermals and 12 m kiting before lunch with 9 m kiting after lunch - this is how we do it
Dec 16 - juicy 8-9m kiting before noon with waves building - all this after a fun SUP am session!! 4 more days on the way!!

Mid Dec - its on with waves - Dec 15 great on the PV reef
Early December - wind drought filled with great tuna and wahoo fishing
Nov 29 wind starts and will really pick up on the 30 for 3-4 good days of 9m kiting!!
November - 3 days wind 3 days calm
October 28 - 3 day norte is on the way with some small waves - let the wind season begin - 15 kites up - game on

Mid October - NW winds infrequent but increasing and the water is warm!!
Sept - holy smokes our first NW blow and theres trailers in the campground!! kites up and La Ventana Classic dates are set Jan 21-24 - here we go La Ventana Wind Machine - get ready!!

August - reading Kite mags after diving all day
July - kites used for sunshades on the beach and kiteboards ridden behind pangas - great diving and fishing

early June - freak NW 3 day blow gets everybody to dust off their ept - 5 kites and 2 wdsrfrs crawl out of their holes to charge LV Bay

May - wind season officially ends except for the big kite blowhole club
its time for diving, fishing, spearfishing, fishing and Hobie sailing!!

April magic continues-- warmer clear water and amazing kiting conditions 7 - 9 meter goodness

early April - still squeaking out good 9m kite days!!
Late march - classic ventana thermals -- some good 9 m kiting keeping the troups happy!!

March 22 - 24 great blow with 25 knots max and small waves - uncrowded kitemania!!

MArch 16 and 17 - good 9m kiting -- small waves, sunny skies - good clean livin!!

Mid March - we are into the thermal pattern again - SUP in the morning or snorkel and then kite in the afternoon - still lots of good kiting left in the season!!!

March 2-4 - steady thermals every day - the girls are on it!!

Feb 23-28 good wind everyday for our womens clinic with Tonia Farman!!

early February - back to our La Ventana pattern 4 days wind, one day off--looks like waves coming on the 11th, mornings glassy for SUP

La Ventana Classic sqeaks out fun events despite light winds - Jan 24 blows 18-20 and provides for a good day for the crossing
Jan 18 --steady thermals - classic La Ventana blue skies and good wind - everybody eating it up with 8-10 m kites and 5.0 sails

Jan 1-15 -- wind machine starts to kick--we got 3 days of overhead waves and numerous excellent steady wind days
dec 26 --we had 3 calm days for diving and now the wind machine starts to kick--good today, above the forecast with a bonus thermal, and the next 4 days look juicy - a coya with waves on the reef!!

Dec 18,19,20,21 juicy with waves - how bout some SUP in the mornin on our little reef zippers followed by a hearty Palapas Ventana Breakfast, short nap, and then kite your brains out in 18-22 knots of steady Ventana viento --we got it good here!!

Early Dec - better sign up for the LV Classic before the price goes up!!
2 light days and a weekend blow coming to end the wind famine

Nov 28th - norte brewing with waves this weekend

Early November - proving to be better than last year as NW blows consistently- looks like well get some waves on nov 12th!!

Late October - game on for wind season!! NW thermals are filling in nice as the LV Bay is once again filled with kites and windsurfers!!

October - 13th -- Hurricane Norbert misses us and brings a bitchin clearing wind for the first Coya of the season - 10 RVs in the trailer park and kites are up and enjoying the conditions. looks like wind season has kicked off!!

Late September - 5 trailers in the trailer park, land prices go up immediately, but still very lottle wind...dont worry its coming - go diving!!
September - a fluke NW comes in and its kiteable!!

August - reverse downwinders possible from Pta Arena to LV

Late July -- keep dreaming kiters, October will be here soon - meanwhile get a trainer kite ready for the hurricanes!!
