Another Best of Baja week in the books with our friends at San Diego Fly Fishers. From Palapas Ventana on the Sea of Cortez to Isla Margarita and the Mag Bay Outpost, this end-to-end group trip delivered roosters, dorado, jacks, and the kind of days that bring a club back year after year.

We are always glad to host San Diego Fly Fishers. These week-long Best of Baja programs are built as true end-to-end trips: lodging, boats, captains, transfers across the peninsula, meals, and time on the water at both coasts. Guests fish hard, then come home to the resort pool, good food, and another early start the next morning.

Palapas Ventana + Mag Bay Outpost

Days launch from Palapas Ventana in La Ventana, then the itinerary swings west to Magdalena Bay and Isla Margarita for the Mag Bay Outpost chapter. Same crew continuity, same fly-fishing focus, two completely different Baja fisheries. That is the Best of Baja format our group partners book again and again.

End-to-end weeks, not just boat days

Best of Baja group weeks are built so the club does not have to assemble the trip piece by piece. Airport transfers, casitas, pangas, Mag Bay Outpost nights, guides, and meals are already in the plan. After the bite, guests settle back into resort life: poolside drinks overlooking the bay, fillets turned into dinner, and another full day queued up.
