Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to stays, activities, liveaboards, shuttles, and related services booked with Palapas Ventana in La Ventana, Baja California Sur, Mexico. By confirming a booking you agree to this policy.

Payment Policy

• 5% discount for cash balance paid at the resort
• 3% fee for Visa and MasterCard
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking

Cancellations

Shuttles

• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup: full charge (unless your flight is canceled)

Resort & Outposts

• Outside 90 days from trip start: full refund on payments outside of the non-refundable deposit
• Within 90 days of trip start: payments are non-refundable, but may be applied as trip credit toward a future booking

Liveaboards

• Outside 90 days: full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit)
• Within 90 days: no refunds or credits available

Important Notes

• Captain and guide requests are not guaranteed
• Activity schedules depend on weather, wind, sea conditions, and seasonal wildlife windows
• Guests are responsible for valid travel documents, fishing licenses where required, and travel insurance
• Palapas Ventana is not liable for delays or itinerary changes caused by weather, government actions, airline disruptions, or force majeure
