A mother-son dream brought to life in La Ventana since 2003.
Timeline
- 2003 - Mother-and-son team Karon and Tim Hatler open one little blue casita as a coffee shop and internet cafe in La Ventana.
- 2000s-2010s - The property grows into a full ocean adventure resort with custom A/C casitas, private boat launch, and world-class water sports.
- Community - Karon helps raise over $200,000 USD in scholarships for local children and sets the family-style hospitality tone.
- Adventure - Tim builds spearfishing, diving, fishing, kiteboarding, liveaboards, and Mag Bay programs with captains who know both coasts.
- Today - Tim, Jimena, and son Tanner (born 2021) continue the Hatler family legacy - the only hard part is leaving.
