Shore camp on Isla Cerralvo

No roads. No crowds. Just rugged coastline, open ocean, and a one-night island camp run by Palapas Ventana. You get there by panga from the resort.

Our low-impact shore camp sits right on the beach and is built to leave no trace while keeping you comfortable for the night. By afternoon you set up camp under the open-air awning, then ease into sunset, dinner, s’mores by the fire, and some of Baja’s darkest, clearest stars.

This is simple island camping with fresh water in camp. Guests travel by panga from Palapas Ventana and back.

The camp operates with permission of the National Park Service as a temporary, low-impact installation. Generators are not permitted on the island, so lighting and charging stations run on solar. CPAPs can be accommodated in camp with advance notice.
