We often get asked about our menu, what local fares we prepare, and the quality of our seafood. The truth is, we absolutely love running our resort’s restaurant, El Anzuelo, or, “the fish hook” in English. Our chefs carefully select all ingredients to provide a dizzying array of Mexican, American, and seafood fares. Since we do have a lot of fishermen visiting throughout the year, we are spoiled with amazingly fresh catches that are prepared mere hours after being pulled from the Sea of Cortez.
